An Orem chiropractor and health care products business owner has been charged with tax evasion. Louis Delynn Hansen was indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury with one count each of attempting to evade paying taxes and endeavoring to impede internal revenue laws. Convictions carry maximum penalties of five and three years in prison, respectively.
